Our Certificates and the Standards They Cover

This page shows the management system certificates Elibol Turizm has obtained for its student and personnel transportation, vehicle rental and organisation services. The scope, certification body and validity dates of each certificate are printed on the certificate image; click an image to enlarge it.

• Service Competence Certificate (TSE): Issued by the Turkish Standards Institution, it certifies that student and personnel transportation services are provided in line with TS 12207 "Student and Personnel Transportation Services – General Rules".
• ISO 9001 – Quality Management System: Shows that service processes are run under a defined, measured and continually improved quality management system.
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System: Defines a management system in which the environmental impacts of operations are identified and kept under control.
• ISO 10002 – Customer Satisfaction Management System: Shows that customer feedback and complaints are recorded and resolved through a defined process.
• ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System: Defines the system in which risks affecting employee and passenger safety are identified and managed; ISO 45001 is the standard that replaced OHSAS 18001.
• TurkStat Certificate of Appreciation: A certificate of appreciation issued by the Turkish Statistical Institute for support given to its surveys.
